This policy covers the paid options on YalaFind: Business Pro, Homepage Featured Company and Top of Directory Search. Free listings and free classified ads cost nothing and need no refund.
1. How you pay
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED), shown on the pricing page before you pay. They are final prices: the operator is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
- You pay by card on the secure payment page of Stripe. YalaFind never sees or stores your card number.
- Each option is one payment for 12 months. It does not renew automatically, so there are no surprise charges.
- The option is switched on automatically within a minute of payment, and you receive a confirmation e-mail from us and a receipt from Stripe.
2. Cancelling
Because nothing renews by itself, you do not need to cancel. We e-mail you about 14 days before your option ends so you can renew if you want to. If you do nothing, it simply ends and your free listing stays online.
3. Refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, write to [email protected] within 7 days of payment, with your business name, and we refund the full amount. The option is then switched off.
- If we fail to deliver. If the option you paid for was not active or not shown as described, we fix it, extend it by the time lost, or refund the unused part, as you prefer.
- After 7 days we do not refund the period that has already started, except as described above or where the law requires it.
- Mistakes. If you were charged twice or for the wrong business, tell us and we correct it or refund the extra payment.
4. How refunds are paid
We answer refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Disputes
If something is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] or through the contact page; we resolve most cases within a day. Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer law.
6. Who we are
YalaFind is operated by NETTECH FOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE, a sole establishment in Dubai, UAE. Trade Licence No. 1063870, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
