By using yalafind.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
YalaFind is an online platform where members of the public post classified ads and where businesses are listed in a directory. We are a venue: we are not a party to any sale, hire or service contract between users, and we do not guarantee any ad, listing, price, quality, delivery or payment.
You may not post or do anything that is unlawful in the United Arab Emirates or harmful, including: illegal, counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods and services (such as weapons, drugs, alcohol or pork products where not permitted, gambling services), adult content, fraud and scams, misleading prices, spam, scraping or copying the site in bulk, harassment, attempts to break or overload the service, or collecting other users’ personal data.
Business listings are compiled from public sources and from the businesses themselves. They may be incomplete or out of date. If you are the owner you can claim and edit the listing, or ask us to correct or remove it through the contact form. A “Verified” badge means the business was found as an existing UAE business in public sources, not an endorsement or an inspection.
Optional plans and promotions are described on the pricing page. Paid features are confirmed by our team; the price and period shown at purchase apply. Promotion does not change our rules and can be withdrawn for content that breaks them.
We may review, edit, reject, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law, with or without notice. You can report content through the contact form.
Take care when you meet people or pay money; read our safety tips. You deal with other users at your own risk.
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, YalaFind is not liable for losses arising from user content, from dealings between users, from information in the directory, or from interruptions of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The YalaFind name, logo, design and software belong to YalaFind. Business names and logos belong to their owners. Do not copy the directory or ads in bulk.
We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
