What Is a "Business Requirement" on YalaFind?

Not everything a business needs fits neatly into a classified ad or a directory search. Business Requirements is YalaFind's answer to a simpler question: "I need this — who can supply it?"

Posting a requirement

Any signed-in business can post one. You describe what you need — a product or service, the quantity, your emirate, and an optional closing date and budget — and choose whether it's public (any business can see and respond) or private (you invite specific companies to respond).

Responding with an offer

On the other side, businesses on YalaFind can browse open requirements in their category and submit an offer: price, quantity, delivery time, warranty, payment terms, and how long the offer is valid for. If your business has opted in to receive matching requirements, you're notified automatically when something in your category and area gets posted.

Why it's not called "RFQ" or "bidding" on the site

YalaFind deliberately avoids procurement jargon in the interface — you'll see "Post a Requirement" and "Submit an Offer" rather than "RFQ" and "bid." The underlying mechanics are the same; the labels are just written for a business owner who's never used a procurement platform before, not a purchasing department.

Privacy for the buyer

If you post publicly, your identity as the buyer stays private by default until you choose to reveal it — a practical protection against unsolicited sales contact from every business that sees your post, not just the ones actually responding with a real offer.

Where to find it

The Business Requirements page is open to browse without needing an account. Posting a requirement, or submitting an offer on one, requires being signed in as a business.
