YalaFind's Business Directory includes listings for real UAE businesses, some of which were added before an owner ever signed up. If you search for your own company and find it already there, you don't need to create a duplicate — you claim the one that already exists.
Why claiming matters
An unclaimed listing shows basic public information, but nobody can manage it: no photos, no updated hours, no way to respond to enquiries through it, no verified badge. Claiming hands control of that exact page to you.
Step 1: Find your listing
Search the Business Directory for your company name. If a listing already exists, open it — you'll see a "Claim this business" section on the profile page.
Step 2: Submit your claim
You'll be asked for your name, role at the business, a contact email and phone number, and optionally a proof of ownership (a trade licence, a company email domain, or similar). This isn't a rubber stamp — YalaFind checks the details you submit against the business's existing information before approving anything.
Step 3: What YalaFind checks
Behind the scenes, your claim is checked for two things: that nobody else already owns this listing, and that there isn't already a pending claim on it from someone else. Your submitted name and phone number are also compared against other businesses on the platform — not to block you, but to flag anything that looks like it might need a closer look from the team reviewing claims.
Step 4: Approval
Once approved, the business is verified and linked to your account, and you're granted a full year of Business Pro features at no cost — no card required. From that point, everything on the profile is yours to manage from your own Business Dashboard: photos, hours, products and services, your catalogue, social links, and more.
Already have one business? You can claim another.
If your company operates under more than one trading name — a manufacturer and a separate retail brand, for example — you're not limited to one listing. Claim each one under the same account, and switch between them from a dropdown at the top of your dashboard.
