A business profile with a name and a phone number is technically live, but it's not doing much work for you. Here's everything worth filling in, section by section.
The basics
- Description — a real, specific paragraph about what your business does, not a one-line placeholder.
- Category and location — accurate, so you show up in the right searches.
- Phone, WhatsApp, and website — every one you fill in is one more way a customer can reach you without hunting for it.
Photo Gallery and Client Gallery
Real photos of your premises, work, or products go a long way toward making a listing feel legitimate. Client Gallery is a separate section for showcasing client or customer photos and logos, with a choice of grid, carousel, or logo-strip display.
Opening Hours
Set real hours per day, including marking days closed. This directly powers the "Open Today" indicator visitors see at the top of your profile — leave it blank and that signal simply doesn't appear.
Catalogue
If you have a product catalogue or brochure as a PDF, upload it. It displays as a real page-turning flip-book, not a plain download link — including full-screen and share options.
Map pin
The Business Profile section of your dashboard includes a location picker: search for your address or drop the pin manually, and it feeds directly into the "Get Directions" link on your public profile.
Social & Links
Add Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other platform you're active on — they display as a compact row of icon buttons in your profile's contact card.
Profile Layout
Once you have enough sections filled in, use Profile Layout to choose which tabs show on your public profile and in what order — a tab only ever appears if it's both enabled and actually has real content behind it.
